Mr. Plager has been practicing law for over 15 years, with an emphasis in intellectual property law (i.e., copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets and licensing agreements) and corporate law. |

| Mr. Plager is a registered patent attorney, admitted to practice law in: California, New Jersey, New York, District of Columbia, and Colorado. |

| Free consultation services are available to PPOC membership. If further legal services are required beyond the initial consultation, Mr. Plager may be retained by PPOC members. |
