Members in good standing of the Professional Photographers of Orange County
abide by the organization’s professional Code of Ethics. |

| As part of my membership agreement with Professional Photographers of Orange County, Inc. I agree that in the event of cancellation or lapse of membership, to
discontinue immediately the use of this Association's name, emblem, and trademarks. |

| As a member of Professional Photographers of Orange County, Inc. I do hereby subscribe without reservation to this Code of Ethics, do solemnly agree that I will: |
| |
 Endeavor to maintain a dignity of manner in my behavior, in the presentation of my photography and photographic services, in my appearance and that of my studio or place of business, and in all other forms of public contact; |
| |
| Observe the highest standard of honesty in all my transactions, avoiding the use of false, confusing, inaccurate and misleading terms, descriptions and claims; |
| |
| At all times endeavor to produce photographs of quality, equal or superior to the samples that I display, to apply my best efforts toward providing the best possible photography and to play my part in raising the general standard of photographic craftsmanship; |
| |
| Show a friendly spirit of cooperation to my fellow photographers and assist them whenever possible should they be in trouble or difficulty; |
| |
| At all times avoid the use of unfair competitive practices and hereby subscribe to the Federal Trade Commission Rules of Fair Competitive Practices for the photographic industry; |
| |
| Assist my fellow professional photographers and share my knowledge with them; encourage them individually and collectively to achieve and maintain the highest
standards of quality; |
| |
| Recognize the authority of this Association in all matters relating to the interpretation of the Code of Ethics. |
